Sometimes called Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), this treatment is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of the lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body to reduce swelling and inflammation.

Pregnancy Massage

A pregnancy massage, also known as a prenatal massage, should only be performed by those who have undertaken formal training. It is a gentle massage that's tailored to the needs of expectant mums-to-be and can be enjoyed from 14 weeks, up until birth.

​This treatment can help relieve general pregnancy related aches, pains, and stresses to the lower back, hips, and pelvis areas. As well as the more emotional and psychological wellbeing of expectant mothers and their babies by encouraging relaxation, raising endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine levels.

Reiki Massage

Reiki healing is a traditional Japanese technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation, balance, and healing. The word "reiki" comes from the Japanese words rei, meaning universal, and ki, which means a flow of lifeforce energy.
